It is becoming more and more common in the urban areas to hold a coed baby shower party. Fathers are becoming more involved not just in the celebration of the birth but every aspect of the baby and the upbringing. So why wouldnt they want to be part of the celebration as well.
They attend classes about the labor and delivery and are very much part of the whole process from start to finish.
So to host a baby shower party that honors both parents not just the mother to be is very exceptable.
It will save you alot of time later if you can decide a few simple things very early in the planning process.
1. How much time do you have to commit to the planning of the Party, do you need some assistance.
2. How much money will it cost, and is that within the budget.
3. Is this to be a coed baby shower party or is it for mother to be only.
4 Find out who is willing to contribute to the baby shower and what it is they are going to contribute- Remember the expectant parents family should be willing to help out in the financial side but that could just you to have lost some control.
5. Decide on a date then the venue and also do some homework to find out the best time of day to hold the shower party.
